Return and Refund Policy – FRAVÉ Fragrances

Refund is applicable only if:

  • The product is damaged or incomplete.

Important:
If you feel the product is damaged inside, please record a video while unboxing and share it with us on WhatsApp at +92 324 4439166.

Note:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
    During peak seasons, processing may take up to 14 working days.

Policy on Fragrance Preferences:
Due to the subjective nature of scent, we do not offer exchanges or refunds if the fragrance does not match your personal preference.

Once shipped, we cannot guarantee the product hasn't been opened or used. Therefore, it cannot be resold or returned.

If the fragrance doesn’t suit your style, we recommend reselling on fragrance groups or platforms like Facebook, where there is a market for such resales.
